1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and 478bd ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By creating an account, logging in, or using any feature of the 478bd platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

478bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via the platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of the latest version.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and maintain an active account on 478bd, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. 478bd strictly prohibits underage gambling.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information during registration, including your full name, date of birth, and a valid contact number.
• Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the 478bd platform. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any associated funds may be forfeited.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable local laws.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party. Each account must represent a single, genuine individual using their own funds.

478bd reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending review.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

478bd supports a range of local Bangladeshi payment methods to make funding your account straightforward and convenient. Accepted payment channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select bank transfers through institutions such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

478bd reserves the right to monitor account activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Accounts found in violation will be investigated, and in cases where fraudulent activity is confirmed, 478bd reserves the right to withhold withdrawals and refer the matter to relevant authorities.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the 478bd platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall compilation of content — is the exclusive property of 478bd and is protected under applicable intellectual property law. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or exploitation of any platform content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from 478bd.

Third-party game content (including titles from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, and others) remains the intellectual property of their respective owners and is licensed to 478bd for display on this platform. Players may not copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit such content in any form.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are restricted by applicable law, 478bd's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by such law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other type of liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Responsible Gaming & Self-Exclusion

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the 478bd platform shall be governed by the rules and policies of 478bd as a private platform. 478bd makes no claims of specific national or regional licensing and operates under its own internal compliance framework. Players are encouraged to use the platform's internal dispute resolution process before escalating any complaint.

To raise a dispute or complaint, players should first contact the 478bd support team via email. We will acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours (BST) and aim to resolve disputes within 14 business days. 478bd's decision on all account-related, bonus-related, and wagering-related disputes is final, subject to the player's right to seek independent mediation.

11. Amendments & Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific bonus or promotion terms published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and 478bd with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. 478bd's failure to exercise any right under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
